At FoamAura, we believe a great purchase experience doesn't end at checkout — it ends at your doorstep. We partner with trusted courier services across India to make sure your garden sprayers, car foam guns, and packaging products reach you safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

 

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your location and urgency. All timeframes are in business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) and begin from the date your order is dispatched — not the date it is placed.

Important: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as high-demand seasons, courier delays, regional disruptions, or weather events. FoamAura is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners once the order has been handed over for dispatch.

 

2. Order Processing Time

Before your order is shipped, it goes through a verification, packing, and quality check process at our fulfilment centre. Processing time is separate from delivery time and works as follows:

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before [X:00 PM IST] on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order is successfully placed. A separate dispatch notification with tracking details will follow once the order leaves our facility.

 

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Free Shipping

        Free standard shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹[XXX].

        Free shipping applies to most serviceable PIN codes across India. A small number of remote locations may still attract a minimal delivery surcharge, which will be shown at checkout.

        Free shipping is not available on COD orders (a handling fee applies — see below).

 

3.2 Standard Shipping Charges

        For prepaid orders below ₹[XXX]: a flat shipping fee of ₹[XX] applies.

        For COD orders: a flat COD handling fee of ₹[XX] is charged in addition to any applicable shipping fee.

        Express delivery: an additional charge of ₹[XX] over standard rates applies, shown clearly at checkout.

        All shipping charges are displayed transparently on the checkout page before you confirm your order.

 

3.3 Bulk and Wholesale Orders

For bulk orders (typically [10+ units] or orders above ₹[X,XXX]), custom shipping rates may apply. Please contact us at Saumyapackaging00@gmail.com before placing your order so we can arrange the most cost-effective shipping solution for you.

 

4. Serviceable PIN Codes and Areas

We ship across India to all PIN codes serviceable by our courier partners. Here's a general guide:

 

        Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): [2–4] business days

        Tier-2 Cities (Ludhiana, Jaipur, Surat, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Bhopal, etc.): [3–5] business days

        Tier-3 Cities and Small Towns: [5–8] business days

        Remote and Rural Areas / North-East India / Hilly Regions: [10–14] business days

 

To check if your PIN code is serviceable, simply enter it at checkout. If your PIN code is not covered by our standard courier partners, we will ship via India Post with slightly extended delivery timelines.

PIN codes we currently cannot service: Certain restricted areas, military zones, or island territories (e.g., select Andaman & Nicobar Islands or Lakshadweep locations) may not be serviceable. You will be notified at checkout if this applies to your address.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via:

        Email (to your registered email address)

        SMS (to your registered mobile number)

        WhatsApp notification (where available)

 

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in the following ways:

        On our website: Visit www.foamaura.com/track-order and enter your Order ID or tracking number.

        On the courier's website: Use the tracking number directly on [Delhivery.com / Shiprocket.in / BlueDart.com], depending on the courier assigned to your order.

        Via Shiprocket tracking portal: https://shiprocket.co/tracking/ (if applicable)

 

Tracking not updating? It may take up to [24–48] hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear on the courier's system. If your tracking has not updated after [3] business days of dispatch, please contact us at Saumyapackaging00@gmail.com with your Order ID.

 

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

6.1 Delayed Deliveries

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed beyond the estimated timeframe due to:

        High-volume seasons (festivals, sales events such as Diwali, Holi, Independence Day sales)

        Courier partner backlogs or regional disruptions

        Extreme weather events or natural disasters

        Government-imposed restrictions, curfews, or lockdowns

        Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

 

If your order is delayed beyond [10] business days from the expected delivery date (for standard shipping), please reach out to us and we will investigate with our courier partner immediately.

 

6.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

        Our courier partners typically make [2–3] delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

        You will usually receive a call or message before each delivery attempt.

        If all attempts fail due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to our facility (RTO — Return to Origin).

 

In the case of an RTO, we will contact you within [3–5] business days of receiving the returned package. Re-shipping charges will apply, and for COD orders, refunds will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping costs.

 

6.3 Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or unsealed:

        Do NOT accept the delivery if the damage is visible before opening.

        If you have already accepted the package, take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the product immediately.

        Email Saumyapackaging00@gmail.com within [48 hours] of delivery with your Order ID and photos.

        We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the evidence, typically within [3–5] business days.

 

6.4 Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows no movement for more than [7] consecutive business days or the order is marked "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will raise a formal investigation with the courier partner. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will issue a full replacement or refund within [7–10] business days of the confirmed loss.

 

7. Address Accuracy and Changes

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. FoamAura is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address.

        Always include your complete flat/house number, street name, landmark, city, state, and PIN code.

        If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us within [2 hours] of placing the order at Saumyapackaging00@gmail.com — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

        Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes and it will depend on the courier partner's policies.

 

8. International Shipping

8.1 Current Status

FoamAura currently ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

8.2 Future Plans

We are actively working towards expanding our delivery network to serve customers in Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and other neighbouring countries. If you are an international buyer interested in FoamAura products, please register your interest by emailing us at Saumyapackaging00@gmail.com with the subject line "International Shipping Interest" — we'll notify you as soon as we launch.

 

8.3 For NRI Customers

If you are an NRI customer looking to send FoamAura products to a family member or friend in India, you are welcome to place an order with an Indian delivery address and a payment method that processes in INR.

 

9. Special Circumstances

9.1 Festive and Peak Season Delays

During major Indian festivals and sale events — such as Diwali, Holi, Navratri, Republic Day, Independence Day, or platform-wide sale events — order volumes increase significantly. We strongly recommend placing orders [5–7] days in advance of your expected delivery date during these periods. We will proactively communicate any known delays via email and our website banner.

 

9.2 Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control — including natural disasters, nationwide lockdowns, civil unrest, or logistics infrastructure failures — FoamAura shall not be held liable for delivery delays. We will communicate any such disruptions through our website and registered customer email addresses as promptly as possible.
